    Many propane patio heaters are very effective at heating a ten by fifteen patio. If you have a larger area, you may need to invest in two or more of the heaters.

    Many restaurants and bars are have installed patio heaters on their outdoor drinking and dining area. This allows them to cater to customers without breaking the new anti-smoking laws. Customers can still have a drink and go out to smoke without having to stand in the cold to smoke. This is a great way to increase your number of customers, especially those who are tired of smoking in the cold.

    Restaurants will find that the patio heaters allow them to continue to use outdoor seating even when the air begins to have a little bite. Customers that prefer outdoor sealing will love sitting on your patio where the walls provide a wind break and the patio heaters provide the warmth needed to enjoy a meal.

    In addition to propane patio heaters, you will find that there are heaters that can be powered by natural gas or electricity. Be sure that you check out the options before making your final decision on how to heat your outdoor living spaces.
