As spokesperson for the Land Registry states that electronic conveyancing could be a massive step forward for the process of property selling; it will iron out any complications that the paper conveyancing system may throw up and the benefits of such a modified system will far outweigh any potential costs, with everybody's life being made just a little bit easier.
