If you are like many network marketers, you have been in search of simple ways to generate MLM network marketing leads. Too many believe there is a magic formula however, that is simply not true.

You might be surprised at how many people actually buy into the idea of a MLM network lead generation easy button. The thing is they are not building a business with a solid foundation that will provide revenue. Still people pump money and energy into these magical programs hoping they can sit back and watch the money roll in effortlessly.

There may be areas of an MLM business that can be put on automatic, but never the whole thing! It is nearly impossible to find any kind of business that can be run strictly on autopilot. If you want to earn a good living from your business there are some things you will have to attend to.

1. Generating MLM Network Marketing Leads- You will be best served creating your own leads. When you do, you will get untouched and much targeted leads, exactly what you need for your business. Others will tell you to purchase leads but these are generally used leads that just cost you money. The recipients are unresponsive and the lists can cost you an arm and a leg.

Purchasing leads leaves you at the mercy of the seller, you have no idea how these leads were generated and whether they are fresh or recycled. You want leads that a dozen people have not already targeted, and you want them to be targeted for your business. Leads that have been called repeatedly are likely to give you an earful when you get them on the phone with the millionth business opportunity!

2. Marketing Equals Relationship- Working on MLM network marketing leads means working on relationships. Do you know of any relationship you can put on autopilot? There may be a day sometime in the future that this will be possible, however today it simply is not possible.

For a relationship to be built you must establish trust as well as attention and guidance. The people you recruit will look to you for all these things and more and there is no easy way to automate that process. You will need to phone, email and meet face to face with your down line to accomplish your network marketing goals. In fact, contact with your down line is the glue that will hold the foundation of your business together for the long haul.
