After watching Mike Tyson on Oprah Winfrey I thought that the days of negative press was behind him. Well it would appear that I was wrong. I guess that the champ is still a big attention grabber for the media. According to anonymous sources the champ ended up going one round with a photographer at LAX International Airport. The sad part about this little situation is that it could land the champ back in jail if it is determined that this is a probation violation.

We put a call into the Maricopa County probation office and although the individual refused to give there name they did tell us that the probation official's office will start court proceedings to determine if Tyson did or didn't violate his parole.

Both Tyson and the photographer Tony Echeverria both claimed they were struck Wednesday during an altercation. Reports say that only the photographer was treated for minor injuries. One report said the photographer suffered from a small cut to the forehead.

Both men were initially detained by airport police on suspicion of a misdemeanor battery, but were released after questioning. Now the fate of both men rest with the city attorney who will ultimately decide whether to file charges or not.

Mike Tyson had a, ummm little run in with the law a few years back. He had pleaded guilty to cocaine possession and driving under the influence charges.

I am no longer surprised that we have Jackin4Beats readers everywhere. I first got the news of Tysons problems via text message from one of our readers who was on the scene. The text simply said, "Tyson and some other dude where arrested at LAX airport and Tyson was calm and corporative with airport police." The next text that came in stated that the airport police had let Tyson go after questioning for a few minutes.

According to Tammy Brook, Tyson's spokeswoman, the former heavyweight champ was traveling with his wife and 10 month old baby when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi.

Brooks went on to explain to the press that Tyson was doing nothing more than protecting his family, just like any father and husband would.

The photographers camera was booked as evidence and the police are also checking to see if there were any surveillance video that may have captured what really happened.

Personally I understand that the paparazzi's are just doing there job, however my question is a simple one. At what point should it be considered crossing the line as far a paparazzi's are concerned? I also understand that the are entitled to their freedom of speech and all of that mumble jumble, but be honest... Some of them take things too far.
